60-Day Return Period
You may return your product(s) within 60 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is completed.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return. Once approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Please contact us to obtain the correct return address before sending any item back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Policy Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The product must be in reasonable condition (used is acceptable; however, items that are damaged or broken are not eligible for return, unless the damage occurred during shipping).

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or have fitment issues.

If the return is due to personal reasons (not our error), any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

Visible shipping label / tracking information
Once verified, we will arrange a refund and may instruct you to discard the product.

Returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
