At CARXV, we aim to provide clear, reliable, and transparent shipping service for every order.

CARXV is operated by Triduce Ltd. We sell aftermarket automotive accessories online and ship orders to customers through our warehouse network and third-party logistics partners.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, holidays, or unexpected logistics delays, processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers

We work with third-party logistics carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • OnTrac
  • Other available regional carriers

The final carrier may vary depending on the delivery address, product availability, warehouse location, and logistics service selected for the order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days for standard shipping within the United States after the order has been shipped.

For international orders, delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local carrier service, and other factors.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Some products or destinations may qualify for free shipping if stated on the product page or checkout page.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email or SMS when available.

You may also check your order status through your account page or by contacting our customer support team.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us first. We will help check the shipment status with the carrier and assist you with the next steps.

Please contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can process your request more efficiently.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once fulfillment has started.

CARXV is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions & Limitations

To ensure reliable delivery, we currently have the following shipping restrictions:

We only ship to the contiguous 48 US states.
We do NOT ship to:

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawaii (HI)
  • All US territories (including Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses

Orders weighing 3 lb or more cannot be fulfilled or placed due to strict shipping limitations.
